Eric Crosland serves as President of Master Machine, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, operations, and continued growth. He brings extensive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain management, lean manufacturing, and organizational development. Prior to joining Master Machine, Eric held several leadership roles with Komatsu, most recently serving as General Manager of the company’s Chattanooga Manufacturing Operation, one of its largest North American manufacturing facilities. His experience spans manufacturing operations, global supply chain management, and organizational leadership across complex industrial environments. Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and holds CPIM and CSCP certifications through APICS. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Chattanooga Regional Manufacturers Association, where he chairs the Workforce Development Committee, reflecting his commitment to developing the next generation of manufacturing professionals. Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. They are excited to welcome their third child to the family soon.

Warren serves as Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth for Fusion Enterprises, where he focuses on advancing the company’s long-term growth strategy, expanding customer relationships, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. During his tenure as President of Master Machine from 2014 to 2026, Warren led the company’s evolution into a trusted manufacturing partner serving high-specification markets, driving strategic growth within the nuclear industry through innovation, operational excellence, and a steadfast commitment to customer success. With 25 years of manufacturing and engineering experience, Warren has worked extensively across the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, commercial nuclear power generation, and naval nuclear programs. He holds a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Arkansas. Warren is passionate about solving complex challenges for customers. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of three, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and flying as a licensed private pilot.

As Vice President of Sales, Ryan guides commercial activities for all subsidiary companies under Fusion. He works with customers across the DOE complex, commercial nuclear utilities, and naval and defense sectors. With nearly 20 years of experience in engineering, sales, and business development, Ryan has built and led high-performing teams across the energy and industrial markets. He began his career at Caterpillar Inc.’s Energy & Transportation division, supporting R&D and commercial sales of large engines and power systems across marine, oil & gas, and electric power segments. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and takes a customer-focused approach centered on a deep understanding of client objectives and delivering tangible results. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys time with his wife and three children, travel, fitness, and the outdoors.

Cody Bennett serves as Director of Quality at Master Machine, where he drives executive quality leadership, inspection advancements, and strategic process optimization across nuclear precision machining and inspection services. He brings extensive leadership experience in quality assurance, NDE/NDT, technology integration, and organizational transformation in highly regulated, mission-critical environments. Prior to joining Master Machine, Cody served as Senior Manager of ATR Complex Quality at Idaho National Laboratory (INL), where he led large-scale restructuring initiatives, AI-driven efficiency improvements, and technical roadmaps that delivered significant gains in performance, engagement, and safety. He holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Colorado School of Mines, a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from Colorado State University, and is completing an M.S. in Engineering & Technology Management at Colorado School of Mines (projected August 2026). Cody is an ASNT NDT Level III in multiple methods and an ASME NQA-1 Lead Auditor. He enjoys time adventuring with his wife and two kids.

Scotty Reed serves as Plant Manager of Master Machine, bringing 35 years of operations and leadership experience across machining, fabrication, project management, and process improvement. Prior to joining Master Machine, Scotty spent more than 33 years with Mueller Company, where he advanced from an entry-level role into progressive leadership positions across three manufacturing facilities, including a startup operation. His career reflects a consistent ability to build trusted relationships, lead teams through change, and deliver practical, results-driven improvements that strengthen operational performance and support sustainable growth. In his current role, Scotty is focused on improving efficiency, developing high-performing teams, and advancing Master Machine’s continued growth through disciplined execution and hands-on leadership. Known for embracing challenges and bringing a steady, people-first approach to leadership, he believes lasting success is built through continuous learning, teamwork, accountability, and treating people with respect. Outside of work, Scotty values his faith, family, and opportunities to give back to his community.

Gary joined Master Machine in 2017 as a Project Engineer. He has served as Engineering Manager since 2019, where he leads the direction of the engineering program and engineering team to support our customers’ needs and the strict quality requirements of regulatory codes and standards governing the nuclear and defense industries. Gary holds a BSME from Tennessee Technological University and has over 30 years of manufacturing engineering experience. He has a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, and is committed to driving continuous improvement of engineering processes. Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, spending time in the mountains, deer hunting, and shooting.

Chris Fitzpatrick serves as Inside Sales Manager at Master Machine, where he leads the inside sales team and partners with outside sales, engineering, and operations to deliver complex manufacturing solutions for the commercial nuclear industry. With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering, Chris specializes in estimating, strategic sourcing, and the delivery of safety-related nuclear components for utilities, OEMs, Department of Energy contractors, and other commercial nuclear customers. Since joining Master Machine in 2014, Chris has helped support the company’s growth from a small manufacturing operation into a trusted supplier of complex engineered solutions for the nuclear industry. He is committed to building long-term customer relationships through technical expertise, responsive communication, and practical solutions that meet demanding quality, schedule, and cost objectives. Chris enjoys tackling complex manufacturing challenges and believes the best solutions come from collaboration across sales, engineering, manufacturing, and customers. He is known for taking a practical, solutions-oriented approach and values long-term partnerships built on trust, responsiveness, and delivering on commitments. He also enjoys mentoring his team while supporting business development initiatives that strengthen Master Machine’s position within the nuclear market. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, boating on the Tennessee River, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
